Thanks, Kev! Definitely get the charcoal out. I'm doing some Huli Huli chicken with some drumsticks I froze last week tonight and some Vietnamese grilled pork vermicelli bowls tomorrow night with some daikon and carrot I have had fermenting! Gotta take advantage of the weather while it's here.
