Do you use Aromat at all? It’s one of my favourite “secret ingredients.” I’ve mostly used it in vinaigrettes, but lately I’ve been adding it to various spice rubs and mixtures.

I do! I just became aware of it around Thanksgiving (although I've definitely seen it on shelves before.) in a recipe for a chicken ballotine. It's definitely an all-purpose secret along with Maggi.
